On October 25, 2009, Advanced Dynamics Corporation released the Word's first multi-disciplinary, multi-physics, multi-scale and multi-fidelity analysis amd design optimization (4MAO) computer software tool set ASTE-P 1.0 for aerospace vehicles, marine ships, high-speed trains and automotives, as well as complex mechanical system. Advanced Rotorcraft Technology Inc. (ART), Advanced Dynamics Inc. (ADI) and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) team was awarded Navy STTR Phase I for development of Coupled Viscous Vortex Particle Method and Unstructured CFD Solver for Rotorcraft Aerodynamic Interaction Modeling.

ADI will release the large scale multi-disciplinary, multi-physics, multi-scale, and multi-fidelity analysis and optimization (4MAO) software tool sets, named ASTE-P, for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CSD), Computational Structure Dynamics (CSD) and Aeroelastic (AE) / Aeroservoelastic (ASE) /Aeroservothermoelasticity and Propulsion (ASTE-P) Modeling and Simulation for aerospace vehicles, marine ships and automotives, the planned schedule for releasing the alpha test version will be January 2009.

the installation of a cluster with 5 nodes and 10 quad-core processor (total 40 cores) is completed, which will significantly increase the computational power at ADI. In addition, ADI is planning to build a super cluster with 100 nodes and 200 quad-core processor (total 800 cores).
