Positions Available

  • Research Scientists with a solid knowledge foundation in Flight Control, Active Flutter/Limited-Cycle Oscillation (LCO) Control Design and other Control Design for Flexible Aircrafts. A Ph.D. in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering with an emphasis on Aerospace Application is preferred. An experienced senior researcher or analyst in the list of interests, but no limited to, with masters degree may also be considered. Advanced Dynamics has a strong interest in experts working in integrated flight control system and active flutter/LCO control system design for highly flexible aircraft, adaptive control, reconfigurable control, flight control optimization, etc.

  • Research Scientists with a solid knowledge foundation in computational fluid/structure interaction or aeroelastic modeling and simulation. A Ph.D. in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering with an emphasis on Aerospace application is preferred. An experienced senior researcher or analyst in fluid/structure interaction or aeroelastic modeling and simulation with masters degree may also be considered. Knowledge of highly-accurate fluid/structure interaction or aeroelastic simulation method development (e.g., Arbitrary Lagrangian-Euler(ALE) method for solving the coupled RANS/LES/DES for fluid flows and nonlinear FEA for structural dynamics; Unified Highly-accurate particle-based solver for both fluid and structural dynamics with the exception of different constitutive laws followed by different materials, etc.) is a big plus.

  • Research Scientists in Computation Fluid Dynamics (CFD)/Computational Structural Mechanics (CSM) and Computer Science with a solid knowledge foundation in each individual research field. Applicants with either Ph.D. or Masters are encouraged to apply. For Computer Science applicants, the experience with visualization tool development using OpenGL, Python or other scripts languages are a big plus. Computer programming proficiency with FORTRAN, C/C++, MATLAB/SIMULINK and other related languages are desired. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

  • Research Scientists with solid knowledge foundation in Nanotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, computational modeling or related discipline. Applicants with either Ph.D. or Masters are encouraged to apply, and with multidisciplinary experience in bionanotechnology are desirable.

ADI will offer competitive salary and compensation package, including various insurance and retirement. Qualified candidates please send the summary of your research and working experience (up to 2 pages), as well as detailed Vitae with the name, address and phone number of 3 references to Dr. Patrick Hu at Patrick.g.hu@AdvancedDynamics-USA.Com.
