CSD:
The CSD module includes Finite Element sub-module and particle methods sub-module. The current version of FE sub-module includes the linear elastic static and structure dynamics finite element method (FEM) and a basic FE element library (including bar, beam, plain, plate, plate-shell, curve shell and solid brick elements). In later version, this sub-module will incorporate high fidelity and high efficient nonlinear geometry, nonlinear material, large deformation, and thermal aeroelasticity analysis tool for modern aircraft structures, as well as for automotive, train and civil engineering structures. The particle method sub-module can be used for computing strong nonlinear dynamics of structural problems with large deformation such as impact, penetration and crack propagation problems.
